- We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand

- Orders over $200 = Free Shipping (in Aus)

- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, so please keep an eye out to confirm your purchase.

- We will endeavour to place your order within 48 hours of receiving your order and/or shipment.

- As Australia Post is a 3rd party postal service we cannot take responsibity for any loss, damage or invalid address associated with deliveries.

- We are incredibly grateful for your purchase and support!
Please remember we are a small not-for-profit social enterprise, teaching women business and seamstress skills. We will always try to do our best to delivery quality products on time, so please be kind if there is problem or a little mistake has been made, we will help you as much as we can.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try !

If you have made an error in your delivery address please email us as soon as possible at hello@risethecommunity.com with the correction. We will send you a reply email if we are able to make the requested changes.

RETURNS POLICY 

We want you to love your purchase from Rise The Community <3
However, as we are a small not-for-profit enterprise we cannot provide change of mind or wrong size exchanges. We suggest that you kindly gift your garment to someone who will love and fit it too.

As we are teaching women business and sewing skills for their communities benefit we encourage you to embrace the "wabi sabi" and variations of our brands nature but for any reason if there is a fault with you purchase we will happily provide an exchange where possible or credit note.

This fault does not include colour changes, as we take sustainability seriously and only use plant based dyes, we also encourage our customers to thoroughly read "Taking care of Plant Based Products" for washing instructions. 

Returning a Faulty

Step 1. Please email us with your ORDER# (that you will find on your confirmation email) and the details of the faults of your garment to hello@risethecommunity.com before sending any items.

Step 2. Upon our reply please purchase a parcel and post to:
